Summer Wine Cocktails
Enjoy three of our favorite cocktails featuring our wines. Summer fun is ON.
Sparkling Mojito
Ingredients
- 2 cans of Sparkling Pinot Gris
- 2 cups Italian Sparkling Lemonade
- 2 limes juiced
- 1 cup fresh mint
- 1 Lime, garnish
Directions
- Mix Pinot Gris with the Italian Sparkling Lemonade and lime juice in a pitcher.
- Mince 3/4 cup of fresh mint and add to the pitcher.
- Serve over ice in your glass of choice.
- Garnish with thinly sliced lime and a sprig of mint leaves.

Guava Spritz Margarita
Ingredients
- 2 cans of Guava Spritz
- 3/4 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cups orange juice
- 1/2 cup tequila
- 1/2 cup triple sec
- Zest of 1 lime
- 1/3 cup sugar
Directions
- In a large pitcher, stir together the Guava Spritz, orange juice, lime juice, tequila, and triple sec.
- On a small plate, stir the sugar with lime zest to create a lime sugar garnish.
- Wet the rim of your glass and dip each glass into the lime sugar.
- Fill each glass with ice, pour, and enjoy!

Peach Sangria
Ingredients
- 2 cans of Pinot Gris
- 5 Palisade Peaches
- 3 apricots
- 3 plums
- 2 cups of fresh cherries
- 1 cup elderflower liqueur (St-Germain)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 bottle of sparkling water
Directions
- Make the fruit purée by placing 2 peeled peaches and apricots into a food processor or blender with the lemon juice. Purée until smooth and transfer to a large pitcher or jar.
- Add Pinot Gris and Elderflower Liqueur to the pitcher.
- Halve, pit, and cut the remaining stonefruit into small wedges. Add to pitcher along with whole cherries. Chill for 1 hour.
- Fill your glasses with ice and 2/3 full of the Sangria mixture. Top with sparkling water and enjoy!
