What are the member perks?

PICKUP
How do I get my wine and glass?
You will need to pick up your bottle and complimentary glass at the winery. When picking up, members will need to provide their first and last name, phone number, email address, and/or member number to an OBC Wine team member.

What if I can’t join the Monthly Member Party?
Pick up your bottle and enjoy your glass any day of the month!
Eek! I forgot to pick up my bottle this month – what do I do?
Simply pick it up next month! Bottles will roll over monthly so no fret.
Oops! – I didn’t get my glass this month – can I get two next month?
No. Complimentary 6oz monthly glass of wine becomes available on the first day of the month and expires on the last day.
Can I share my bottle with friends at the winery the day I pick up?
Absolutely. You can choose to take your bottle home or choose to have our staff open the bottle and consume it at our wine bar if you prefer!
Can I get my bottle shipped?
No. This is a local pick up club only.
Are all events on your website 15% off? How do I redeem my discount?
No – social club discounted events include events that we produce in house – partner events are excluded from this offer. You’ll receive an email with a discount code for each event that you are eligible for.
PAYMENT
How much does it cost and when will I be charged?
Monthly memberships are $30 + Tax. It is automatically charged based on your renewal date every month.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, your Wine Social Club membership can be canceled by logging into your account. Cancellations must be made at least ten (10) days before the next billing cycle.
Can I get a refund?

Are there cancellation fees?
No, there are no cancellation fees and you can cancel at any time. Following cancellation, you will maintain your Member Perks until the beginning of the next month.
How do payments appear on debit/credit card statements?
Charges for your membership will show under “OBC WINE PROJECT”
I’m going out of town – can I skip a month?
Yes! Pause anytime. You must pause at least 10 days before the next billing cycle.
